We appreciate your business and hope you love your new hat! To ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience, please review our refund policy below.

All Sales Are Final

All sales from Algo Bien Hats are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with the style or color.

Damaged Items

The only exception to our final sale policy is for items that arrive damaged.

If your hat arrives damaged, you must take the following steps:

 * Do not wear the item.

 * Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us at [algobienhats@gmail.com].

 * Provide proof of the damage by attaching clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging in your email.

Once we receive your email and verify the damage, we will provide instructions for a return and issue a refund or a replacement if the item is still in stock. Please note that a refund will be issued only after we have received and inspected the damaged item.
